These terms cover buying Omira from useomira.com. Omira is sold by Jack Shand, a sole proprietor based in California, United States, trading as "Omira" ("we", "us"). By buying, you agree to these terms, the Refund Policy, the Licence and the Privacy Policy.

What you're buying

A licence to use the Omira Shopify theme on one Shopify store, plus the setup guide and starter assets. Omira Plus also includes lifetime updates, priority email support (replies within 24 hours on business days) and a 1-1 setup session. Omira Basic includes 6 months of updates and email support.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars and are a one-time payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Any taxes are shown at checkout. Your bank statement shows the charge from Omira.

Delivery

Straight after payment you receive an email with your download links and a link to activate your licence. The same links are shown on the confirmation page. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact useomira.io@gmail.com.

Using Omira

Your use of the theme is governed by the Licence. You need your own Shopify account; Shopify's fees and terms are between you and Shopify. Omira isn't made by or affiliated with Shopify.

Support

Support covers installing and setting up Omira and fixing problems with the theme itself. It doesn't cover custom coding, third-party apps, or changes you or others make to the theme's code.

Warranty and liability

Omira is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it will be free of errors or suit every purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Omira, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or profits.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you buy applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
