Omira Licence

By purchasing, downloading or installing the Omira Shopify theme ("Theme"), you agree to these terms. Omira is sold by Jack Shand, trading as Omira.

1. One store.

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Theme on one Shopify store. Using it on more stores requires buying more licenses. Development or staging copies of that same store are allowed.

2. No redistribution.

You may not share, resell, sublicense, give away, or publish the Theme, its files, or your license key, whether modified or not.

3. Modifications.

You may customize the Theme for your own store. You may not remove or bypass the license verification code.

4. Store-design credit.

The "Get this store design" button in your store's footer, linking to useomira.com, must stay visible and unchanged. Removing, hiding or altering it is a breach of this license, and the license may be deactivated.

5. Ownership.

The Theme remains the property of Omira. You are buying a license to use it, not the Theme itself.

6. Store changes.

To move your license to a different store, contact useomira.io@gmail.com.

7. Refunds.

Licenses that are refunded or charged back are deactivated.

8. License check-in.

About once a day per visitor's browser, the Theme sends your license key, your store's .myshopify.com address, your store's web address and the Theme version to Omira (useomira.com) to confirm the license is valid. No information about your shoppers is sent. A license that is deactivated under these terms (for example after a refund, chargeback, or sharing of the key) will stop working at its next check-in. If useomira.com cannot be reached, the Theme keeps working.

9. No warranty.

The Theme is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Omira is not liable for any damages arising from its use.

10. Termination.

Breaking these terms ends your license immediately.
