This policy explains what personal information Omira (Jack Shand, trading as Omira) collects, why, and what we do with it.

When you buy

• Your name, email, billing country and address, collected by Stripe at checkout, to process payment, deliver the theme, prevent fraud and handle disputes.
• Card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store them.
• Your store's .myshopify.com address, when you activate your licence, so your key works on your store.
• Records of your purchase: when you agreed to the terms, downloaded files and activated your licence, with the IP address and browser used. We keep these as proof of delivery if a payment is disputed.

When your store runs Omira

About once a day, the theme sends us your licence key, your store's .myshopify.com address, its web address, the theme version and whether the footer credit is shown, to confirm the licence is valid. It sends nothing about your shoppers.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the shop: Stripe (payments), Resend (emails), Railway (hosting and database) and Cloudflare (domain). We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as your licence is active and then for up to 7 years for tax, accounting and dispute purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing useomira.io@gmail.com. Some records must be kept for legal or tax reasons. If you're in California or another state with privacy laws, you have these rights too, and we don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. It remembers your light/dark choice in your browser.
